The Shining Light Project

The Shining Light Project was one of the first projects that was initiated since the inception of HOHF.  This project started as a children clothing drive in Canada and has evolved over the past 5 years to more than collecting just children’s clothes. Many of our Heros have donated items such as shoes, adult clothing, blankets, bedding, undergarments and much more. Over the past 5 years we have collected over 200o lbs of clothing for low income communities in Ghana. Through this project we have provided clothing and shoes for street kids, orphanages and families in Ghana.

The drive runs from August to November each year, however we continue to collect items throughout the year. If you are interested in contributing towards this project, please contact us.
